Founded in 1941 in Bobbiate, Varese, one of the largest textile area of the time, thanks to a genial intuition of its founder Bruno Romanin.
Till the ’60 Majocchi was a leading manufacturer of cotton and cotton blend fabric for rainwear. Since the ’70 with the introduction of Poliammide fibers the company has developed innovative fabric with high tech content for the industrial market as well as for shoes, luggage and rucksack and protective outerwear.
Was a natural consequence since the ’80 to introduce our fabric offer to the Military and workwear market thanks to the innovative technology. In the ’90 with the third family generation joining the company a touch of fashion has been introduced and our offer has been enlarged to the Apparel market, always combining our high tech expertise with innovative design.
Today NT MAJOCCHI as a natural development of the globalization process and its long term strategy is part of the giant JIHUA CORPORATION LTD industrial group (SSE 601718.SS) who grant the possibility to improve its offer in term of innovation and production source and give us the capability to lead our market segment.
Their core business is the Research & Development and production of innovative textile for the Military and the personal protection and the design and production of fabric with a strong design character with performance as a great added value for today’s need.
The fabric we use is the Unicmbact T&D : made out of a 225gr , 92% Cotton + 8% Nylon .The Military Ripstop is a ready to dye base that is treated with a particular dyeing technique that allows to obtain a Tie & Dye effect on the entire rolls .
